Pastoral Hub is designed for authorised school staff. Public pages explain the service, but student records and school pastoral information are kept inside authenticated school workspaces.
Access controls
School workspaces require approved authentication. Access can be restricted by staff role, year level and operational responsibility so users only see the information needed for their work.
Public website
This public website does not publish student records, pastoral notes, attendance information, behaviour information, academic results or other protected school data.
School responsibility
Each school controls which staff accounts are approved for its workspace and how those users are assigned permissions. Questions about access to a school workspace should be directed to that school's authorised administrator.
Technical and security information
Like most secure web applications, Pastoral Hub may process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request metadata, browser information and security logs. Protected school data is not intentionally exposed through the public website.
